ManyPI
ManyPI pairs a 600M+ contact database with a live-web research agent. Describe your ideal customer in plain English and it returns matching companies, decision makers and verified email addresses, then runs multi-step cold email from your own Gmail, Outlook or SMTP inboxes, with a CRM, unified inbox, workflows and MCP access included in one subscription.
What is ManyPI?
ManyPI is an AI sales agent with a chat window in front of it. Instead of assembling boolean filters across a static database, you describe the customer you want in ordinary language, for example marketing agencies in Berlin with 10 to 50 employees, and the agent returns matching companies plus the people who actually make the buying decision. It draws on two sources at once: a lead database of more than 600 million contacts searchable by title, company, location, past employer or school, and live-web research across company sites, Google Maps, directories, job boards and news. That second layer is the differentiator, because it reaches local businesses, regional manufacturers and niche suppliers that static databases list thinly, and it keeps each record current on the day you search.
Before anything is sent, every address is checked against the receiving mail server, then scored, so dead addresses and duplicates are dropped before they damage a domain. Campaigns then run as multi-step sequences from your own Gmail, Outlook or SMTP inboxes rather than a shared sending pool, with automatic inbox warmup, bounce protection, open and reply tracking, and A/B testing. Replies land in a unified inbox, where sentiment analysis flags tone problems and the reply agent can draft answers and offer booking times. Interested replies can open deals automatically, and the pipeline agent follows up on deals that go quiet.
The workspace goes well beyond sending. It includes a sales CRM with kanban pipelines, contacts, tasks and forecasts, no-code workflows triggered by replies, deal changes or webhooks, unlimited web scrapers with a site-to-API builder, spreadsheet and database analysis, and a Visualization Studio. A native MCP server at mcp.manypi.com/mcp exposes agent runs, lead search, scrapers, inboxes, sequences and campaign stats to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, VS Code and other MCP clients, so the same engine can be driven from an AI assistant. Native integrations cover HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, Close, Calendly, Slack, Stripe and dozens more, alongside an open API and webhooks.
ManyPI is run from Berlin, Germany by founder Ole N. Mai and co-founder Bastian Winkelsen, sells to businesses only, and reports more than 1,700 companies using it, from Berkeley and Cornell University to Supercent and Codeway. It positions itself as an Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Instantly and lemlist alternative by combining sourcing, verification, sending and CRM in a single subscription, and it offers migration paths that import leads, paused campaign drafts and suppression lists from those tools with one API key or a CSV file.

Who is ManyPI for?
ManyPI is built for B2B teams whose growth depends on outbound: seed-stage startups hunting their first paying customers, SaaS companies filling pipeline, agencies that prospect on behalf of clients, recruiters sourcing hiring managers, and market researchers mapping a niche. Solo founders use it because one person can run what used to take a small SDR team, describing an ideal customer in a sentence and letting the agent assemble the list, check the addresses and send the sequence. Sales teams with existing reps use it to keep campaigns stocked with fresh leads and to cut the manual research that eats their mornings. Agencies like it for the multi-brand setup, unlimited sending inboxes and the ability to hand clients a shared lead list by link. Enterprise buyers get SSO, DPAs, custom volumes and SLAs through a separate plan. It also suits technical operators who would rather call the platform from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or their own stack through the MCP server and API than click through a dashboard. Who it is not for matters just as much. ManyPI is a business-to-business tool: it is not designed for consumer or e-commerce outreach, and it intentionally does not sell personal mobile numbers or include a dialer, so phone-first sales floors that need direct dials should look elsewhere. Teams that want a fully managed agency service rather than software will also be disappointed, because ManyPI ships the workspace and the agent, not the humans. Finally, anyone unwilling to warm up and send from their own domains should weigh the deliverability work involved; ManyPI automates warmup and bounce protection, but reputation still accrues to your domain.
ManyPI Use Cases
Find verified decision-maker emails for a niche B2B segment in minutes instead of days of manual research
Replace an Apollo or ZoomInfo subscription with sourcing, verification, sending and CRM in one workspace
Keep an outbound campaign stocked with fresh, signal-aware leads on a recurring schedule using the lead finder agent
Clean and enrich an inherited lead list before a launch so bounces do not burn the sending domain
Run multi-brand prospecting for client accounts from a single agency workspace with shared lead lists
Source local or regional businesses from Google Maps and directories that static databases cover poorly
Generate leads from inside Claude or ChatGPT with the MCP server, landing the list in a table rather than a transcript
Open and progress deals automatically when a prospect replies, so small teams can run pipeline without manual admin
ManyPI Pros and Cons
Pros
- Sourcing, verification, sending, CRM and automation in one subscription instead of four separate tools
- Live-web research adds coverage and freshness that static contact databases struggle to match
- Sends from your own inboxes with warmup and bounce protection, so replies and deliverability stay under your control
- MCP server and open API make it unusually programmable for an outbound sales platform
- Transparent public pricing with a real free tier and per-credit overage rates
Cons
- The Free plan lets you build searches and campaigns but not send or run them, so real testing needs a paid seat
- AI credits are metered and consumed by model tokens, which makes heavy agent usage harder to budget than flat sending limits
- No personal mobile numbers or dialer, so phone-first sales teams still need a separate tool
