What is Velozity?

Velozity is a multiplayer AI office: a shared virtual workspace where a team and its AI agents work side by side in the same rooms, conversations and task lists. Rather than adding another chat window beside the tools a team already uses, it rebuilds the office itself, with floors, cabins, meeting rooms and a reception where guests wait to be let in.

The product is split into three parts that are sold separately. Office Space covers the shared workplace: cabins for small groups, meeting rooms, chat, video and audio calls, live presence, a shared calendar and guest passes for outside collaborators. AI Space turns those conversations into organised work, capturing tasks from meetings and messages, keeping transcripts and notes, and producing morning and end-of-day briefs. Co-Worker is the agent layer, where teammates hand work to Speed, the built-in agent, or to agents running on their own Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor CLI, Kimi Code or OpenCode subscription.

Presence shapes daily use. Teammates appear on a floor with a status, and a knock or drop-in model decides who can enter a cabin, with knock-required and do-not-disturb settings. Calls, transcripts and notes stay in the same window as the conversation, so a meeting becomes a transcript and the transcript becomes assigned tasks that a person or an agent can execute.

Agents are treated as colleagues rather than as a sidebar. They can be tagged in a shared thread, hand work to one another, and run on a cloud computer that keeps working after a laptop is closed. Velozity states that nothing is sent, paid or signed without the user, and department presets for engineering, marketing, sales, support, finance and HR describe how a group of agents would triage, draft and report rather than act unreviewed.

Connections matter as much as the interface. Velozity advertises more than 100 integrations, including Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Jira, GitHub, Linear, HubSpot, Slack and Google Sheets, and falls back on a cloud computer for apps that have no integration. Agents can run locally on a Mac or on a cloud machine, so work continues while a device is offline.

Velozity is free to start and needs no card. Paid upgrades are sold per user and per product, at $6.99 for Office Space Pro, $7.99 for AI Space Pro and $15 for Co-Worker Pro per user per month, and the company describes these as launch prices before tax. It targets teams that want AI to do real work in the open rather than in one person's private chat tab.

Velozity Core Features

✦

Multiplayer office

Floors, cabins and meeting rooms where teammates and agents share the same space, with knock, drop-in and do-not-disturb controls.

✦

Video and audio calls

Calls run inside the office next to chat and notes, with live presence so people can see who is around before joining.

✦

Meeting transcription and notes

Calls are transcribed and turned into notes and tasks, with transcripts retained for seven days on Free and indefinitely on Pro.

✦

AI task management

Tasks can be typed or spoken, captured from transcripts and email, and assigned to a person or an agent for execution.

✦

Bring-your-own agents

Agents can run on Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor CLI, Kimi Code or OpenCode, using a subscription the team already pays for.

✦

Built-in Speed agent

Speed reads email, transcripts and files, captures tasks, answers questions from your own data and sends a morning brief.

✦

Cloud computer

Agents can operate apps without an integration, and keep working on a cloud machine after the user's laptop is closed.

✦

Guest passes and shared calendar

External guests wait at reception to be let in, while a shared calendar keeps meetings and availability in the same workspace.

Who is Velozity for?

Remote and hybrid teams that want one shared place for presence, calls, notes and tasks instead of a stack of separate collaboration apps. Velozity suits groups that already think of AI as a teammate and want that teammate visible to everyone, not tucked into one person's browser tab. Founders and small operators are a natural fit. A lean team can use a few agents for research, drafting and follow-up, and the free tiers let it test the model before paying per seat. The department presets also give a solo founder a way to cover marketing, support and finance work with review still in human hands. Engineering teams can run agents against a codebase, hand pull requests to reviewers and keep issue tracking in Jira or GitHub. The option to use an existing Claude Code, Codex, Cursor CLI or Gemini CLI subscription means a team does not have to abandon the coding agent it already pays for. Marketing, content and design groups can keep campaign work, briefs and assets in a shared space, tag an agent for research or first drafts, and let transcripts from review calls turn into assigned tasks. Sales, customer support and finance teams are served by the same pattern: an agent reads an inbound request, drafts or triages the response, and a person approves anything that leaves the building. Guest passes make the setup usable with clients and external partners. Agencies and client-facing studios can give each client a space, invite guests through reception and keep the working history in one place, which is useful when several people and several agents touch the same account. Finally, operations and HR teams can use agents to screen applications, prepare interview slots and assemble offers for approval, although the product is deliberately built so that final actions remain with a person.

Velozity Use Cases

Run a distributed team's daily standup and calls inside one shared office instead of a separate meeting app.

Turn recorded meetings into assigned tasks and let an agent start on the follow-up work.

Keep a client project in its own space and invite external guests through a time-limited pass.

Hand research, first drafts and competitive checks to an agent while the team reviews the output.

Connect email, calendar and issue tracking so an agent can triage a customer bug and draft the reply.

Give a small founding team cover across marketing, support and finance with department-style agent presets.

Screen applicants and schedule interviews with an agent preparing the shortlist for human approval.

Consolidate chat, calls, notes, tasks and scheduling to reduce the number of per-seat tools a team pays for.

Velozity Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Combines presence, calls, transcripts, tasks and notes in one interface instead of stitching several tools together.
  • Works with AI subscriptions a team may already hold, and includes a built-in agent that needs no extra subscription.
  • Free tiers across all three products make it possible to test the office before committing to per-seat pricing.
  • Human approval gates are stated clearly, and agents can run on a cloud computer so work continues while devices are closed.

Cons

  • The three-product structure takes time to understand, and Workspace pricing is all-or-nothing for a whole team.
  • There is no public developer API documented, which limits custom automation and integration work.
  • Some capability claims, such as the breadth of agent reliability and the 100+ integrations, are hard to verify without a hands-on trial.
