What is Genspark?

Genspark is an AI workspace built around the idea that work does itself — you describe an outcome in plain language and the product returns a finished, editable artifact rather than a wall of text. Its current release, Genspark AI Workspace 6.0, is organized in four layers.

SecondBrain is the memory layer. It compiles your emails, meetings, chats, documents, connected apps and past Genspark projects into one persistent context so the agent knows who you are and what you have already done. SecondBrain Note, a card-thin AI voice recorder, feeds live meeting audio into that memory.

Super Agent is the intelligence engine. It breaks a request into steps, chooses tools, browses the web, runs code in a dedicated sandbox with a real browser and filesystem, and works several tasks in parallel inside one project. Any workflow you teach it can be saved as a reusable Skill.

Above that sit the suites where the work is produced. The Office Suite covers AI Slides, AI Sheets, AI Docs and GenMail, a mailbox assistant that triages a day of email in minutes and drafts replies in your voice. The Content Suite covers AI Chat, AI Image, AI Video, AI Music and AI Audio, plus AI Meeting Notes, Clip Genius and AI Pods. The Build Suite covers Genspark Design for production-ready designs and prototypes, Genspark Code — a level-4 autonomous coding agent that plans, codes, tests and deploys web, mobile, game and e-commerce projects — and AgentBase, which turns one sentence into a working CRM, dashboard or internal system with tables, views, workflow automation and role-based sharing, no SQL required.

GenTeam is the collaboration layer. You hire AI teammates from fifty-plus ready-made roles — copywriter, data analyst, engineer, designer, researcher, accountant and more — then @mention them, DM them or assign tasks inside shared group chats. Each teammate keeps its role and history, runs on its own cloud computer, and posts finished files back into the conversation. Separate products extend the stack: Genspark Claw is an always-on AI employee reachable from WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, LINE and Telegram, and Genspark Cloud Computer provides the runtime it deploys on.

Under the hood, AI Chat exposes 30-plus frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, Kimi and others, and Mixture-of-Agents can blend several models into one answer. Genspark also publishes 110-plus free browser tools, ships 100-plus community Skills, and connects to Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot, GitHub, Jira, Stripe and dozens more. Everything runs on a credit system shared across the workspace, available on web, iOS and Android, in 19 interface languages.

Genspark Core Features

Super Agent

an autonomous agent that plans multi-step work, browses the live web, runs code in its own sandbox, and returns finished deliverables instead of chat replies.

Office Suite

dedicated AI Slides, AI Sheets and AI Docs agents that produce genuine PPTX, XLSX and DOCX files you can keep editing, with 100+ expert Skills and a speaker console.

Content Suite

AI Chat, AI Image, AI Video, AI Music and AI Audio in one place, so you can go from a prompt to a campaign image, a short video, or a scored soundtrack without leaving the workspace.

Build Suite

Genspark Design for production-ready designs and prototypes, Genspark Code for full-stack web, mobile, game and e-commerce builds with live preview and hosting, and AgentBase for AI-built CRMs and dashboards.

GenTeam and GenMail

hire AI teammates for fifty-plus real roles who work in shared group chats on their own cloud computers, and run a mailbox assistant that triages, summarizes and drafts replies in your voice.

SecondBrain

a persistent memory layer that compiles your emails, meetings, documents, connected apps and past projects into one context, so agents stop forgetting what you told them last week.

30+ frontier models with Mixture-of-Agents

switch between GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Kimi and more in one conversation, or let Genspark route each query to the best combination automatically.

Connectors and integrations

Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Teams, Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot, GitHub, Jira, Stripe and dozens more, plus Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 plugins and SOC 2 Type II / ISO 27001 compliance.

Who is Genspark for?

Genspark targets knowledge workers who produce deliverables for a living rather than people who just want a chat window. The free tier exists to let anyone test the Super Agent, but the paid plans are clearly aimed at the following roles and scenarios. Freelancers and solo consultants. This is the core audience. A single $24.99/month Plus membership replaces a chatbot subscription, an image generator, a presentation tool, and a research assistant, and every output is commercially licensed. A consultant who builds three client decks a month can research a market, draft the narrative, design the slides, and export to PPTX without opening another tool. Marketers, growth and social teams. They use the Content Suite for campaign imagery, video ads, thumbnails, LinkedIn carousels and social copy, plus AgentBase and AI Sheets to consolidate campaign data into live dashboards instead of pasting numbers between spreadsheets. Sales and account teams. Genspark is sold here on pipeline speed: agents that build lead lists, draft personalized outreach, assemble proposals and pitch decks, and pull CRM data from HubSpot or Salesforce into a simplified view. GenMail adds inbox triage and replies written in the user's own tone. Founders, product managers and small-business owners. They are the heavy Build Suite users. Genspark Code scaffolds full-stack web and mobile apps with live preview, hosting and custom domains, while AgentBase stands up a CRM, recruiting pipeline, inventory tracker or content calendar from one sentence, with no schema design or SQL. Researchers and analysts. Super Agent browses the live web, cross-checks sources in parallel, runs code for accurate calculations, and writes findings into cited reports, spreadsheets and charts. Operations, HR and admin staff. The recurring-report and automation crowd. They use Skills, scheduled workflows and AgentBase dashboards to compile weekly summaries, flag renewal dates and email reports without manual work. Teams and enterprises from two to 150 seats. The Team plan adds centralized billing, member roles, usage analytics, SSO/SAML and connector management, and GenTeam gives every member an AI teammate with its own cloud computer. Larger organizations choose Enterprise for custom terms, security review, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 documentation, and a zero-training data policy. It is not aimed at people who only need occasional one-off answers, nor at developers who want a bare API to call from their own code.

Genspark Pros and Cons

Pros

  • One subscription genuinely replaces several specialized AI tools, and every generated asset carries commercial-use rights on paid plans.
  • A free tier with 100 daily credits and no credit card makes it easy to evaluate before committing, while unlimited AI Chat and AI Image at zero credit cost on Plus and Pro keeps everyday use predictable.
  • Deliverables arrive as real, editable files — PPTX, XLSX, DOCX, PDF, Markdown and hosted sites — rather than static chat attachments, and they stay in AI Drive for the next task to build on.
  • 30-plus frontier models in a single chat, with Mixture-of-Agents synthesis and automatic model routing, removes the need to compare and stack chatbot subscriptions.
  • Strong trust posture for business buyers: SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, SSO/SAML, role-based sharing, a zero-training data policy, and a 2-to-150-seat Team plan.

Cons

  • Credits make costs hard to forecast. Long agent runs, regenerations and failed retries all consume credits, and the gap between the 10,000-credit Plus entry tier and heavy video or research work shows up quickly.
  • There is no public developer API. Genspark documents no endpoints for developers, so automation is limited to the built-in connectors, Zapier, Merge.dev and Unified.to, and Custom Agents built inside the workspace.
  • Several conveniences are paywalled or capped: exporting AI Slides to PPTX or PDF requires a paid plan, and the advertised unlimited chat and image generation sits behind a fair-use limit measured over a rolling five-hour window.
